I am so pleased with the service that was provided at the clinic from the receptionist, she was kind enough to squeeze me in the busy appointment schedule today to see audiologist Aravind and he was very professional, efficient friendly... while making me feel comfortable during the ear wax micro suction procedure. He solved my ear problem quickly and I am now able to hear clearly again! I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to my future visits.read more

Went to fit a hearing aid for my grandma, we can’t thank the audiologist at Hearclear hearing solutions enough for the amount of care and attention he provided us. We compare this experience with a consultation session we had earlier this... year at one of the chain hearing clinics at the shopping centre, where we felt being pressured into making a purchase with very little information given. Grateful that we did shop around and found the right product with great price at the perfect place !read more

Aravind Unnikrishnan was very helpful in explaining how my old hearing aids were an old style and were unable to be repaired. He advised me without being at all pushy the way forward with new hearing aids that would be most suitable for... me. Always very friendly and caring. We heard he's good so went to see him 2 years ago. He spent time with us, as I was translating for dad. I've actually learned a lot too. Dad lost his hearing aids just recently and Aravind managed to give... him a loan pair free of charge. I really appreciate the help he gave to dad and will always recommend him.read more

Was with my parents the other day, and I have to say this's the best audiologist that we've came across. He's very thorough and explained things very well. There was no rushing through and he spent time to make sure we understand the... technical aspects. Pretty different experience to some others which my parents had in the past. Aravind has looked after my elderly father (who is 100 years old) for over 12 months now. Nothing is ever a bother to Aravind, he goes to the aged care home to adjust or mend the hearing aids whenever it is required, he is very thorough,... and always explains everything clearly to Dad and I.
